EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Since this is the sale of food products, which “risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly” being subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage., for reasons of hygiene and protection of customers, the right of withdrawal, refund or exchange is not applicable.
You are therefore granted the right to return the purchased goods only for non-conformity of the order or products (i.e. for product or package manifestly damaged on delivery or quantities and/or incorrect type with respect to the order).
RETURN OF A NON-COMPLIANT AND/OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you have received a product that is manifestly damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect, you can request a refund of the item by emailing it to marshmallow.mr@yahoo.com or tel. 3299370937.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our food products. Therefore, if the products are not damaged, it is not possible to return the order.
If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:
- You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by notifying us and, afterwards, you will have a maximum of 48 hours to return the package to us. You can contact us at +393299370937 or write to us at info@americanmarket.online to notify us of the return of your package. The shipping costs for the return of the package remain at your expense.
- We will be able to accept the return provided that:
● Products are intact, unopened, undamaged, unexpired and compliant for resale.
● In the case of a return for a manifestly damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, we reserve the right to refund the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
● Products must be returned in the original carton or an equivalent glue. If a product is damaged due to unsuitable cardboard or poor protection of the goods, you will be held responsible and the refund will be compromised.
