⚠️ Shipments via Vinted are NOT insured against theft or loss. Additionally, Vinted does not allow the sale of food products (including snacks, soft drinks and Monster).

How to order with Vinted

  1. Place an order on our website by selecting local pickup .

  2. In the notes, enter your Vinted name and your phone number .

  3. When your order is ready, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email and send you the link to purchase on Vinted.

  4. After completing your purchase on Vinted, we will ship your order.

Please note:

  • Vinted charges an additional $2 per box to cover packaging and packing materials. TOTAL COST = $2 + SHIPPING.

  • Any delays or losses do not depend on us. Candyshop will help you find the package, but does not refund directly. We will help you open all the claims procedures in order to make your purchase as peaceful as possible.

  • Damaged cans will not be refunded. We will help you open all the claims with Vinted and/or Couriers to make your purchase as peaceful as possible.

  • Cans with possible damage are indicated on the site with the words "DENTS", "DAMAGED" or "POSSIBLE DENTS" .

Order Tracking

You will receive the link to track your shipment via email by the morning after your order.

Delivery delays

If the shipment is delayed, contact the assistance (Mail, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, telephone) and we will open a report with the courier.

Shipping data errors

If the tracking shows an incorrect address or missing data , contact us immediately. Each change may result in a €10 charge by the courier.
