You will need:
1 Cup of Water
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
Instructions:
1 Heat Preheat oven to 350°F for an aluminum or glass pan or 325°F for a nonstick skillet. Grease the bottom of the pan only (use paper cupcake liners).
2 Beat Cake Mix, water, butter and eggs in a large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
3 bake Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Betty's Tip: To make with vegetable oil, make the batter using 3/4 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, and 2 eggs.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Mix on low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for 1 minute. Makes 18 cupcakes.
